Kizz Daniel gives his former boss appointment

Popular Nigerian Afrobeat sensation, Oluwatobiloba Anidugbe, known as Kizz Daniel, has made headlines by appointing his former rival, Festus Ehimare, also known as Emperor Geezy, as the CEO of his record label, Fly Boi Inc.

In a recent interview with media personality Adesope Olajide, Kizz Daniel expressed his trust in Geezy and their renewed collaboration.

During the interview, Kizz Daniel shared insights into their past differences, stating, “He is one of the people that I can trust the Kizz Daniel brand with. When we were fighting, he still used to text me to caution me whenever I did something he felt was wrong. He is a good guy, and he loves the Kizz Daniel brand.”

The artist also opened up about his family’s pivotal role in shaping his financial mindset. He revealed, “When I released my first song, my dad and I thought it might be my only hit song, so he encouraged me to invest.

As a matter of fact, when I lost my dad in 2015, my uncle started showing concern. It seemed they had already spoken about it. He was constantly on my case, and always asked me what I was investing in.”

Kizz Daniel concluded the interview by offering valuable advice to younger artists, emphasizing the importance of long-term investments. He said, “Though priority differs, younger artistes should learn to invest their energy in anything they feel would matter to them in the long run.”

The unexpected collaboration between Kizz Daniel and Emperor Geezy has ignited excitement in the music industry, and fans eagerly anticipate what this new partnership will bring to the world of Afrobeat music.
